friendship forever sharing
a single kiss;
faith warmth acceptance
love and so much more
a mother's hug
a father's smile
a family who adores
a single threat;
that's all it takes
of death in all its glory
to appreciate
and love the world

so this is it ladies and bullwinkles, my final dev.
yet another terrible attempt at something they call poetry in this part of the world. written soon after i was told about the heart condition. i came upon it today in the back of an old diary. i hope you get something from it, even if its a mere "thank god shes not submitting anything more..." just remember: death is always a lifetime away. so live. |
